The tunic looks great. I like the colour and the blends. You have really improved your painting, and especially your blends are getting really smooth ;D
Yeah the B/W straps might looks cooler if they were dirtyer. Maybe some brown washes?

Thanks mikkel here is a minor update. I have repainted is right arm i.e on the left side of the pic. Sorry for the bad photo, but it was raining outside and the camera I normally use where somewhere else the arm do still look a bit odd on the pic but its better IRL. Also Do you have any tips on what colour I should paint his trousers? I am going to make this mini winter-springish themed with snow on the base etc. so a colour that would match that theme would be good Thanks a lot Andre

Looking excellent mate, the arm looks better for sure and it is nice to see that you have managed to fix the sword. As for the trousers hmm not really sure to be honest, you could go for a jade green type colour.

Looks cool, I'd go for a slivery grey for the trousers, as it's a wintery theme.

I think the quiver looks fine mate, this model is really coming along now. I just hope the sword doesn't become a big problem after all your hard work on this mini.

Black is difficult to do but your boots look pretty good mate.

Thanks mate I am thinking of changing the colour to a dark brown or the same colour as the quiver, good or bad?

I think that might be wise but I would go with the same colour as the brown on the tunic as it would give good balance, the only problem then is the tree stump he is stood on as the feet will blend into the trunk I think.

Thanks mate i don't think the stump will be a problem. it will be either dark brown or some sort of greyish and it will have some snow on top

I have to say I'm impressed mate. You are really improving. This mini is much better than what you showed 7-8 months ago. As I said, your blends are really coming along There are certain areas where the blacklining is a bit strange looking some places, but that can just be the photos. I think the boots look much better brown.

I've been following this mini for a while & I'm really impressed, the highlighting & shading really work well. With regards to the sword my only suggestion would be to glue it on towards the end then paint it. Then be very careful handling him, & be prepaid to repair it from time to time. I have a similar problem with the end of the weapon from the Elven Lord with the 2 handed weapon.

Razh, this looks great mate. I love this guy.
First, though, I want to apologize for not checking in more... work has been killer lately.
I think the quiver is about perfect, just right with the highlighting. The boots looked good in both black and the newer brown, though I think the brown will work better as it ties the shirt and boots together, now just make one of the bracelets or his glove brown and you will have a nice little triad there. Love the skin color, very nicely done.
Over all looking great. What color are you thinking for the hair?

Edgar, he who sculpted the mini, has been so kind and will send me a new sword hand @mousekiller. I' ve must say i've missed you and your minis, pal. great to see from ya again. thanks for comments and ideas I think I will paint the hair black. good or bad you think?
