Voted a 9 on both. I think that's what the mini deserves. IMHO this is your best mini to date. You have become much better technically and you have developed a very cool style. Jättebra Andrè!!!

Thanks Tim it is the mithril Witch King.. quite fun to paint here is wo Wip pics. he is mostly done, though I need to finish the metals and do some waetherring on the cloak. you might wonder why I have painted his scarf or whatever its called green. the reason for that is: I wanted to break all the blackness of this mini but still have it look evil, so I choosed this sicky green (which also connects it a bit with minas morgul, which is gazing of green light, (or fumes?) Any C&C are most welcome Andre

He is looking really good mate, though I do think the green looks out of place mind you I can't think of another colour that would look any better either.

Thanks for ye comment buddy the green is a bit strange, maybe. But it was the best I could come up with. he is finished now, will post pics soon. One of my teachers asked if I wanted to paint this mini for him, and I did. I will ask him what he thinks about the green and change it to a colour of his choice if he don't like it. Andre

Great ork Razh, you have nailed the skin tone. That Witch King model will be for sail as soon as Mithril get the ok from Tolkien Enterprises which is good news, unless of course I can find one on e-bay.

Also, if you have any suggestions on which coulour i should use on the remaining belts, I'd be happy to know Yeaterday I was looking for a kool mini for the contest on the Rogue Painters forum. I had just picked up an Empire warrior priest when I saw this guy on a shelf, and though "why not?" so here he is now in an early stage: Thanks for looking Andre

Wow Andrè! You paint alot, and fast! I really admire that skill ;D The elf is looking really good. The skin and cloak is great. The ork is great aswell. The skin, pants and brown leather(?) is looking good. Though I am not so keen on the black/whites

Just noticed Andre that on the elf's right arm the highlights on the biceps are too abrupt there is too much of the base colour showing but apart from that looking very nice mate.

Thanks for C&C buds, I do really appreciate it ;D is it the arm who still got a sword you mean tim? maybe some glazes will help? Mikkel, do you think the B&W would look better if i dirty them up a bit? here is the elf again, he is too fun to paint, I can't stop! is the tunic too light? Cheers, Andre

Gah! Your flying through this one mate! I only say the skin this morning, and you have the cloak and tunic already painted up! Looking great so far, everything seems spot on to me.
You know I went away and bought this mini and three of the ganger members from madmuppet when I saw this model this morning. Sometimes its bad to be hanging around sites like this. Leads to impluse purchases!

No mate it is the arm that has not got the sword, it looks better actually in that pic but you can still see a heavy transition between the dark and lighter tones.
