Chippin away at my Chaos Lord. The rider is completely done, though i've only primed the horse so far, and the base is gonna take some work if i was gonna go through with my idea

A shop in my town has just started stocking a bit of GW stuff and the guy that runs it has asked me to paint the mounted version of Archaon for him and as he has given me a nice bundle of stuff for payment I am making it my next project. I have spent most of the day getting the ill fitting parts to fit and have just finished gap filling the horse and Archaon's lower half.

No painting, just some sculpting and coming up with some concept designs for some more jars. Have started an orc water jar and have come up with an idea for a dragon water jar to.

I have made a start on Archaons mount today, the bloody model took over 8 hours of work to clean make fit and gap fill the parts. This is going to be a challenge to be honest as I hate painting horses.

Continuing the work on Archaon, he is a complicated mini and not one I would have chosen to do myself but very slowly I am getting it done.

Heh I've not been painting but sculpting! I'm working on continuing the Wyrd miniature Ironpainter contest that I got blown outta the water on (don't ask)...
I'm doing a Red Sonja like warrior somewhere between 30 mm and 54 mm in Super Sculpey!

I am getting on with Archaon's cloak today the furry part. Also a couple of straps need to be done then I will probably paint the back of the shield and attatch it.

Finally got the chance to some painting. Created myself a new painting desk and today I started painting the skin of a cyclop gong banger from Rackham, love the detailed minis.
