Thanks BruenorI wasn't sure if it was you !!!but then again there aren't too many people with a name like yours Pic of some of the barricades (unpainted obviously) There is also an entry point/ doorway not in the pic. I've done an unmanned sentry piece with flame thrower to go with the set but....... I put the weapon somewhere safe before casting. It's still very safe as I can't find the B***&y thing anywhere I'll have to make and cast a new one soon. Anyway, time to go and shoot some baddies on Call Of Duty4. Bye

Hi everybody, long time no see, sorry I've been away for many months working. I've just finished the barricades I posted in Febuary, they are up in the shop and I'll post some pics here soon once I've sorted the web site out properly. I've also just finished a huge base for a guy in the U.S. for an undead war machine of some sort 150mm long by 50mm wide. Perfect for a unit of 6 cavalry aswell I think. Time is short but I'm back in the country now so I'll see you around BYE!!!!

As promised some pics of my new Barricades with turret emplacement. The whole lot has been painted to match my growing Imperial army that will soon be turning to Chaos, I've never had a Chaos army so now's the time. Also a close up pic of the weapon pos'n with fuel cylinders connected to the flamer. Should be easy to put your own weapons on to suit your army.

Sorted the pics, abit of finger trouble by me 150mm X 50mm large desplay base made for a customer in Texas USA for his Undead war machines. Pic shows 3 standard chariot bases against the new base. I'm thinking about doing some larger display bases for dioramas but not sure of size or theme at the moment, plus some smaller display stands with holes to accept 25/40mm bases, perfect for showing your best units off on. This is a turret I've been working on for the last couple of weeks, I see it as an un-manned sentry gun perfect for protecting the rear of the army.

Glad you got everything sorted. Good looking stuff! The Texas client should be most pleased.

Cheers Jabber I hope he likes them enough to send some pics of the finished war machines when he's finished. It's got me back into painting again after a considerable amount of time away through work. I've just finished touching up a very old Terminator squad in Mk1 or 2 Armour I think from 1980. I might strip and re-paint as they are quite bad but they will do for now. I just need another 4 to get a full unit of 10, any body got any spare in there bits box

Love the barricades now that I can see them, the chariot bases look cool too, might be after one or two of those soon for a project I am dreaming up, Not too sure about the sentry gun it looks a little odd to me at the moment but it could be the angle of the picture.

A few pics of the Sentry gun from a different angle now it's finished. A little bit of history about this piece, I intended it to be the base for a 6mm scale building , when casting the basic shape using stone cast powder I ran out of the stuff and had to supplement the mixture adding course stones and grit just to bulk it out abit. The casting then sat untouched in my "awaiting inspiration" pile next to the work bench. SPRING CLEAN time came and without a second thought it got thrown on the floor by my 3yr old son breaking some of the stone cast away and revealing the real stones underneath. It looked just like drystone wall or hardened concrete. A couple of days after that I had put together some basic drawing of another gun emplacement. I intend to do some more in this style in the very near future, probably fantasy rather than Sci-Fi i think. This last pic shows the piece ready for casting and as i write this it is curing in the workshop ready for production.

Hi, I'm back for a few months so I'll carry on from where i left off. Some of the things we have produced since Sep 08. The finished and painted Deployable turret with figure for scale. 3 New 65mm bases for the larger model. our original 65mm mould produced over 10,000 bases before loosing the detail so it was time to de another more dinamick base. Due to the new silicone we're now using we should be able to get a better life out of the mould. We are now producing our own blank bases to sculpt on to as we ran out of plastic bases, I'm not sure how the recessed base will work but I think it will tidy the whole thing up. Hopefully in the next couple of days I will have our now Earthworks fully painted and ready for show, I'll keep you posted. Bye for now

Good to see you back again, the turret looks good but the product that really has me interested are the 65mm bases. I have some larger models that they would work great on.

Thanks, they have been out a while but untill last week the pictures didn't do them justice. But thanks to a new camera and my wife who's good with the computer they are selling like hot cakes. I've personaly got my Speeders on them for the Black Templars and a couple of Imperial guard walkers look quite cool. I've also finished the Earth works for 28mm scale. This is both sides of one piece about 20cm long. The rest are similar and make a good defensive line for fantasy. I just need to finish the cannon emplacement for the set.

O.K. so I've been away for some time yet again but I have been painting and modeling this time. Have a look at what I've been up to and see what you think. Hive tyrant on Swamp base. Lictor on slate base. This is one of the older Minis that I had in the bits box for years, decided to give it a new lease of life when I staerted building a new Tyranid army. This is the current project on the desk, A 28mm scale land battery with internal detail. Can you tell I also like big guns!!! ;D

Good to see you back again, the hive tyrant looks ace, the paintjob on the Lictor is cool too I just don't like that miniature (no fault of yours I just think it is a very poor sculpt). The land battery is looking good too.

It's strange how some people like the lictor and some people hate it. I trawled eBay for weeks trying to find 2 more lictors to match this one as I don't like the new ones, I'll admit that the flesh hooks out of it's stomach look abit silly but the overall efect of the figure is O.K. The major problem with the piece is the build of it. Too many tiny pieces and not enough surface area to glue to. This figure has about 10" of metal rod holding it together. Some more pics of stuff we have on the go. I foget the name of this guy. After painting loads of figures just to get them on the gaming board I've decided to try my hand at some fine painting, not to mension I've been asked to judge a painting competition in the local town in a month's time. Unfortunatly i cant enter it if I'm judging it

Welcome back! Great style on those tyranids. I especially like the scythe thingies arching over the lictor, they are painted very well. I also really like the bases you make. They are not completely piled up with stuff, which makes it much more pleasant to look at. Do you have a webpage for your products?
