Great work on the trousers. It is probably just the photo, but the skin on the arms seems a bit flat to me--perhaps another highlight?

nice work andre,
What color did you use for the five o'clock shadow on the face (unshaved appearance) ?

hmm I first painted the skin as usual, then I added some thin washes of codex grey on the lover part of the face to get a nice three-days stubbly (A tip i got from the Deamonic Overseer Himself many thanks for that Tim )

Looks good again mate but I think the metals on the gun barrels could do with toning down a bit, a couple of very thin glazes of diluted paint will do that.

Smashing Andre mate, just smashing. Once again it does not look like i'm going to be able to finish my entries but judging by your piece I would not have won anyway.
Some nice colour choices which I would not have thought of, you've pulled off the highlighting very well indeed.

No, nowt wrong with that mate, look great. The only thing I would do is line the edge of the vest to arm, to create a shadow.

thanks guys! Here is the white dwarf himself, I paint him for a very good friend of mine. he looks Much much better IRL. I think I will darken the beard a bit near the roots (is that the correct word???) and highlight a little more...

Looking good mate, I'd def darken the roots with a little ink, on the hair as well as the beard.

Looks nice but I on the other hand would leave the hair well alone, except maybe for a another highlight stage.
