Mixed results mate, the first mini I tried painting was an abortion and ended up being binned. I am currently painting Raum but he is alot larger so shouldn't be too much of a problem. Other than keeping the interest going in such a large mini that is. I am going to give 28mm a go in a few days I think and hopefully I can make a better job this time.

Have you got glasses? It always takes a while to adjust to that, epsecially when doing things that strain your eyes.

Yes I have glasses now and they do make a big difference, I have to take regualr breaks whilst painting with them. I think it was more the mini that gave me the trouble though as when I got to actually painting it I realy didn't like it at all.

It can take a while for the brain to adjust to the new view you are sending it. Just want to agree with something said earlier. Straining your eyes does not damage them - growing older does! However straining your eyes can cause headaches and tiredness as your brain is constantly trying to make adjustments.
