Yes it looks very good, the skin tone is excellent I like a lighter tone for fantasy Orcs (not that I paint many of them). As Andre has mentioned though the fur needs more work.

I like it! I think that like the others said the fur and really most parts of it could use another highlight or two, but it looks very solid as it is.

Excellent gemwork! I would echo the fur suggestion and also might dirty up the teeth just a bit.
