I'd hoped to do a WiP witht his mini but the weekend has been mostly nuts so when i had any time i just kept painting, sorry guys This was one of those b****rs of a mini, very difficult to paint cleanly and frayed my patience a lot, i had to keep going to make it tidy, reworking areas after each session.. to be honest i'm not so sure if i'm a little worn out with painting at the moment or it was the mini or a comby of both The end result is near to my intentions, i was planning on doing all 4 spellsingers as different seasons with this one as ******?! But i did drop some freehand notions as i felt the mini wasn't worth the time. Be glad to hear your comments, as always, the coolmini thing; www.coolminiornot.com/163103

Awesome mini mate. Not exactly my favorite of the spellsingers, but a great models nontheless and your paintjob is doing justice. Very nice transition and I don't really think it needs any freehand as it's quite busy as it is. Cheers, Wolfie

The base is a microarts studio resin forest base, it was originally on a round base but i filed it off and stuck in onto a whfb game base, it was a bit fiddly fitting the figure but a fantastic cast

And my mighty Ninja chief, Nin-Nitsu the Head Eater ( a.k.a. Dave), standing right behind me actually as I type this, assures me that he eats Norwegians on toast (with a light sprinkling of salt and a liberal handful of grated cheese) for his elvenses and washes them down with a barrel of guiness. Don't worry I will tell him to mind your fingers.
