As far as i want to go, this was a very fun mini, from the sticking together bit that was so reminiscent of me ol' airfix kits to the attitude towards painting plastic..'ahh well. it's only plastic, that'll do rightly!' As i'm on the up with my career i have to rest my army painting, so next up is a long overdue spellsinger, but for now; enjoy vote thing; www.coolminiornot.com/162822

Well if that is your "feck it" quaility of painting, I'm in serious trouble. Now that I have had a closer look at the skin I really like it.
I've commented on this a couple of times in the WiP thread mate so all I'll say is smashing, and its going into my "inspiration" folder.

Thats a cool orc, although i'm not keen on the skin colour everything else makes up for it, the sword, the tartan trousers. the sword, the shield and did i mention the sword?!

I think it is a really cool mini. I think it is a black orc, so the skin colour makes perfect sense. Most of all I like the metal parts, they are just outstanding. But the trousers, bone parts and reds are also very well done. Though the mini is perfect, I got two suggestions. Maybe shading the nails at the back of his left hand a bit, and maybe doing some rust/weathering to the bolt at the top of his red face mask.
How did you paint the chipped face mask? First red and then metals, or fist metals then red?
The base is really cool. How did you do that? What did you use?

Oooh, spiffy. Looking very good. The one thing I don't like is the skin clour though. But that's just personal preference. Looking forward to the Spellsinger WIP. Cheers, Wolfie

Awesome mini on what I think is not a good Orc sculpt myself. You have really turned around a mediocre model into something well worth looking at. As ever your skills never cease to amaze me.
