Yep the giant is cool, that is from Darksword miniatures one of Elmore's Masterworks I believe.

double cc thanks pal glad you enjoyed them Tim nope I did that when Ral Partha still had the rights but your right it was orginally by Elmore...actually when I first learned to use oils on my first trip to the Uk back around 94..glad ya like him though..he was a large diorama at one point but the snow turned bad..I may still have a pic or two before it went bad lurking around somewhere I could probably scan from a normal picture. thanks Sean I hoping to be able to put forth a effort like I used to..I told Tim and Ian the 15mm work has got me lazy ..but with people like yourselves to motivate me I think i could get back into the knack.thanks again guys

Sometimes I have been thinking: "Why doesen't Mick post up his painted minis? Maybe they are too bad he's shy of posting them?". I was totally wrong man! All of these minis are just awesome, my favourites are the German solider, the giant and the turtle/pig guy. Keep 'em coming!

Mikkel hehe thanks man..its nice to be part of a painting group thats not so cynical, im really happy I have shown these now..definitely a motivator thanks Brenor, I kinda wished I had posted these separately now with various step by steps on how I achieved them..like the barbarian cat rider and his base..the green stuff work and slight conversion of altering the cats pose...I definitely dont mind sharing how I did them.again happy you guys liked them..

These are great mate, and as Andre said, the last guy looked like a real person at first! I think its because its so large compared to what I used to seeing, you can paint a lot more detail on him.
Awesome mate!

Nice to see you finally put a showcase up. Just wish you did it a little bit earlier so trying to pick Exchange minis for you coulda been a bit easier!
Nice stuff too! I hope something I sent you will soon grace these pages.

thanks tad heres a look at the orginal art it was based on: I've always liked larry's art and have painted this piece at least twice..be warned though its a fairly large piece around 4 inches and needs some good gaps filled..if you ever wanted to give the piece a go hes usually available on ebay under ral partha thanks again pal
