Good work for your first minis, I think to progress you should work on trying to be a bit neater in places and then once you have got that down try experimenting with shading and basic highlights. One of the most common bits of advice you will hear is to thin your paint to get the grainy effect eradicated. This is very good advice, difficult to get to grips with but worth the effort when you do. btw Welcome to the forums

pretty good for your first mini's, i would agree with tims advice, i like how you put the effort in with the writing on the purity seals and shading on the loin cloth, i remember my first mini's didnt even have that level of detail ( i would show you them if it wasnt for my mother!!!! )

Stellar first minis, now you must decide what level you want to attain and practice, practice, practice.... getting help here will speed your progress but the practice is down to you! The best advice has already been given, dilute your paint, the coverage on your minis is uneven in many parts, easily resolved with a few thin layers rather than a thick one, and take a little more time for each area to avoid overspill, although to be fair you are very neat for a beginner

I like what you have done here, Sek. The basework is very good and I think you have an attention to detail, which is always a benefit in the mini painting world. The others touched on most of my critiques. The only other thing I would add would be to take some thinned down black (for the steel/silver metallics) and dark brown (for the gold metallics) and run it over the metallics to add some depth. Another quick way to add depth (which has always been much easier than highlights in my opinion) would be to "darkline" the edge where two areas meet, such as the sword and sword handle, or the face and the rebreather mask. I personally prefer a thinned dark brown, but black will do as well.
