Well I know you guys have seen him in the WIP thread but here he is all on his own in his own topic, Now I am back into painting I will start my Khazad Guard Dwarves I think. I will post a voting link tomorrow for Cmon, but I want to try and get a better picture first. Thanks for looking guys. |

This is a awesome mini, fantastic as usual ;D I really like it even though I'm not a big fan of the empire. My favourite part is definitely the blade and the metal areas, they are just great. I also really like the red/white clothing and the wings of the banner.

Superb work, still love the baldie head and the glasses don't seem to have affected the Tim style at all... between this guy and bru's cleric i'm almost considering having a go at empire but..nah, i've a load of dark elves awaiting...mmmm...... one point i would consider is the brown leather seems a little flat, not sure how i would go about changing it, there just seems to be very little colour variation, if that makes sense???

This is great Tim, nice to see you have gotten a use out of the kit, as i wouldn't done anything with it! I even ended up giving the mounted one to my brother lol. Metallics fantastic as usual. And the banner feathers are possibly the best i have seen painted on this mini.

Well, as it has been mentioned, the glasses definitely seem to be doing the trick! This mini is as good if not maybe better than what you used to be like!

Nice to see the glasses work for you, Tim! This one looks just as good as I'm used to from you.  If I'm to criticise something it would be the back of the neck, which doesn't look as good as, for instance, the face. But it's nitpicking, really. |
