it look really good I would say and the pics are better too, though slightly out of focus. but its still a great job

thanks ;D, still getting the hang of new camera, i'll have to stop using auto focus and use manual instead, it keeps focusing on the furthest part of the image its taking!!!

I think it looks really good. The pictures is slightly out of focus, but I can see you have done a good job on the weathering/rust. Keep up the good work! And I would love so see an IG amry like that ;D

Looks alot better now, for your pics try using the macro and a tripod to steady the camera.

Macro is a setting, all digicams have it it allows you to take a pic of smaller objects, like minis. On mine it is a sliding control that you just put to the macro position indicated by a flower symbol on the casing. You have to set the cam at the optimum distance to use this feature which it will tell you in your manual but usually it is about 20 cm.

i know what you mean now, yeah i used it on those pics, but like i said i used auto focus and it focused on the furthest part, i tried manual today and it gives better pics.

GREAT improvement and regardless of the pics i can still see a worthy paintjob, well done.
ps, i was browsing through some military modellers mags and there seems to be a collossal amount of tips in them for painting tanks and things, it's not my thing so i didn't pay much attention but using 6B pencils and all types of things for weathering was really cool... you may want to investigate yourself if you have more vehicles in the pipeline

Tamiya Model Magazine is a great publication to show how to weather vehicles of all types also MiG powders are good for weathering.
