I am not a fan of the sculpt but you have made a good job of it. I think I would have made the winged areas slightly darker for contrast. But I do like it all the same.

thats cool Im not a big fan of the sculpt either, nut i like your paint job on it. Especially the red things on the wings and the base

Strange sculpt, it all seems to need a bit more contrast for me but this could be the age old problem of looks fine IRL, looks flat in photo.... you may want to try stretching your highlighting a little further with bleached bone to the mixes or kommando kharki, these are my two usual.

Iv never seen this model before, but if you hadn't said it was GW i would of thought it was a Rackham sculpt. Is that stringy stuff cord or muscle?

I actually love these sculpts and the rest of the tomb kings. Great paint job on it, though the muscles on his wings might show up a bit better from the wings in darker red. Just personal preference though.
