Here is the 3rd of the Vale archers. I am glad to be done with him. I've included a shot of the trio--not bad for grunts ;D. As always, be unrelenting on the critiques!   |

Very nice painting, and cohesive across the unit.
The only thing i find wierd (not your fault though) is the different poses of the three, the one in the middle looks like its just seen an interesting mushroom or something, while the other two are in action poses.

Matty, I was glad I didn't have anything in my mouth at the time I read your post...I'd be cleaning my monitor now. I wholeheartedly agree with the 3rd fella--I do not like the stance. And your thoughts on him looking at a mushroom are not far from what I have in mind for the display base they will all be on. |

Yeah I agree really great job on them, the colours are sharp and complement each other perfecty.
My only gripe is that they do look a bit effeminate for guys, even for Elves.
