Hi all I got this guy finished and I am realy fairly pleased with him, I know that all the Rackham purists will hate the fact that it is painted in metalic paints but my nmm at this scale is not good enough to risk on such a great model. The plinth is not fixed, I added it for the photo as my intent is to use this for gaming, I have a few more of the Devourer range to paint up and hopefully I will over time have a good Devourer warband for Confrontation gaming.

A fantastic job on a deceptively difficult mini. I personally prefer metallics, especially when they're as good as yours and i like the extra touches of red in the head spike thingies.
I thought that maybe the whole appearance on screen needed a few high spots but then i realised i was making the same criticism some made on cmon about my devourer, the thing to remember is how it is in 54mm, it is a different level of skill and knowing where to stop, what may make a 54mm look great on screen when reduced to the same area as a 30mm mini looks absolutely stupid in real life... so i have no criticism, just admiration for a great mini.
