I am not very hot on SM colour schemes but it looks decent enough to me, the white looks great and that is a difficult colour to get right.

Cool pic, looking at the artwork it seems that armour is a little more grey in tone than pure white so maybe you need to darken the white just a little to get it to match the image.

Cool, nice to see someone tackling Horus' own boys, pre heresy!! Looks very smart already, although I agree with Tim and would go more grey than white, I've never been quite sure if they were grey or white, but the pic looks more grey.

That's coming along nicely, and I'd like to say how smooth that light gray/white is, without looking chalky, very hard to get right, well done. Love the shaved head too, the stubble looks great!!

Yes indeed coming along very nicely, I would just like to add that I like the kill markings on the chainsword too.

For bloodspatter I recommend Tamiya Clear Red, mixed with a little brown ink, it gets thicker the longer you leave it on your brush, so it can give some real congealed blood effects. Only about a £1 or so a tub.

Never tried that but I have heard that it works well, my method is red ink just layered on in a number of coats and then add a little black to it to darken it to simulate darker more congealed blood. There are some good tuts in the articles section on Coolminiornot even one that involves using real blood.
