Here is one I have been wanting to work on for quite some time--and this contest gave me the opportunity to do it! The color scheme on the uniform for the orc is a bit gaudy with all the purple, but I was basing it on one of our state college team, the Kansas State Wildcats. They wear purple and white. I'll be freehanding the logo for the team a bit later, but here is the work so far:   |

The colours may be gaudy but they are an excellent complimentary to give maximum impact of the green/purple, great to see such a diverse choice of mini & good luck with the freehand  |

A bit more done on him. I dirtied up the armor with some dilute VMC Smoke and finished up his wooden number plaque on his back, as well as smoothing out the blends on the skin. Next will be the logo on the shoulder pads (as well as going back over any areas you all critique...).   |

8-)mini  I think the boots look a little flat, maybe you could scuff the toes  otherwise i like, and the metallic purple is a classy touch |

It is looking great mate, the tunic I think needs a little more white highlight but apart form that excellent, I am hoping to get another WIP up of my Orc later today.

Did a bit more on the orc today. Cleaned up the logo, changed the helmet guard from bone to metal, rusted him up a bit more, and added the Nike swooshes. Down to some detailing, last bit of highlighting now. I still need to work on the tunic too.   |
