He is looking great thus far, Bruenor! Even from a distance, the blue looks very good and his beard looks very nice as well. I might suggest a few more highlights on the beard and hair and the skin looks a bit flat at the moment. From what I can tell as this distance, the wooden shoulder guard and the metallics look good.

Thanks. Have done alittle more on him this week, but feel shite so haven't got any new pics yet, will try tomorrow. Suffering with nightmares again, and therefore not sleeping at all, plus extra hours at work make James a very tired bunny!!! Plan to spend the day tomorrow either sleeping or painting.

Yet more fantastic choices of minis! I particularly like the cleric and think it's a brave choice to have the painted face, but this looks great

Just spearstaff brown with streaks of brown ink on the top, then touched up with spearstaff brown. OOP colour mind. Vomit brown would give similar results.

Been a while since I posted any wips, as I'm not big on all the messing with cameras when I should by rights be finishing the minis off, but I'll break a habit and post these two. The 1st is a Nemesis Goblin, all he needs is basing, and was partially inspired by seeing Andre's. The 2nd is a Hasslefree 'White Metal' Gnoll. Now although these are sold through the HF site they aren't sculpted by Kev White, they are by Ben Siens, and are fantastic looking pieces, there are 3 in the range so far, but I don't know if more are planned or not. Hope to get these finished over the next couple of days, work painting allowing.

fekkin awesome mate, the gnoll is ace and far better in the flesh it was great to see it take shape while I was at yours yesterday. You already know what I think of the Nemesis Gobbos indeed all Bob's sculpts I hold in the same opinion.

What's funny about Gnolls, they have been around since the 1st D&D, and are bloody evil Hyena type geezers that are a pain in the arse in large enough packs, believe me, nowt funny about them.
Thanks for the positive comments and stuff!!!!
