Here is the third of three from rackham set, great sculpts but to be honest i hate to paint the armors of those guys. finished are the robe and the side of the sword showed in the picture.

Thx for comments, i've done a little more, but this is still a very very wip: i think the big spike on the photo left needs to be redone, other than that this is the color of the armor i've decided.

The colour of the armour is fantastic, stay with it... i think there is quite a lack of contrast in all the blades, the seem not to need any more highlighting but rather some deeper areas, particular in the swords, maybe down at the hilt end of the blades... early days and coming along well

Looks great so far, the armour is fabulous, i agree with menace about the blades a bit of contrast there and you have cracked it.

The armour is lookng great Raul, I think though for me to get the nmm gold to look realy effective the highest points should go to pure white although there is the theory that gold doesn't reflect pure white. But this is turning out to be a stunner, I am going to be ordering these minis myself now and it is your fault.

ThxTim! (and sorry for the expense ) About the gold i have always problems when i try to reach the white so this time i've decided to stop with the vallejo model color yellow lemon and i'm quite satisfied by the results.

Looking stunning, i was just thinking that maybe if you had a dark red wash blended in around the armour details it would bring the gold up a lot... ...anyhow i want this gut now too!! thanx D

Excellent work on this one, Raul! The gold is looking great at this point. My only suggestion would be some additional highlighting on the reds. In the picture they look pretty uniform.
