Here is my contribution to the Chest of Colors Anniversary Project, a possessed marine. This is actually my first rather serious attempt to make a conversion. The original idea what I wanted to achieve was to catch the moment when the chaos marine is being possessed. Hanging in the air, his body bent in pain, armour parts cracking up, and so on... I thought his hands would hang lifelessly too, but I changed my mind. Now he is more like jumping at the enemy, attacking while some transformation takes place (eg the helmet blows and his new head pop out).

Beginning
Here I had the hands already cut up and straightened. Head glued in, and I did some GS transformations on the armour.

Here the base is ready, the figure is assembled and pinned to the base.

Here shoulder pads are on and I made some additional GS stuff, like the spikes and the face on the belt. This latter didn't turn out very nice, looks rather like an old dwarf which doesn't fit to the mini... Oh, well
It was difficult to me to have the GS's surface smooth, but in most of the cases it came along quite nice.
