I am curious whether the arm is supposed to be such a different hue from the main body or if it is unfinished

and the base needs cleaning on the sides.. but i'm sure you're aware of that

Hi I realy like it, I have one of these to do though it is a slightly different pose and hope mine comes out nearly as good as yours, the only critique I can find is the arm for me is a little too bright, I think I would have matched it to the same colour as the scales on the tale. But realy that is only a very small critique and in no way takes away what a wonderful job you have made of it.

Thanks for all the great comments. The arm is just a base coat right now and the other is not on yet. i still have about 4 hours at least left on him. I will post a pic of him when he is finished. And as far as getting paid for it...well....the person I am doing it for is a good friend of mine so I am not making too much off of him. It has been very fun to paint to say the least. As the others have mentioned (and you explained) the arm looks a bit off. I might VERY humbly (considering you paint so much better than I do) suggest some additional highlighting on the end of the tail. Otherwise, I looks awesome!
