Hi Sonny and welcome to the forums. I like the skintone work you have done there and also that is an interesting idea to see Tyrion on a Rackham horse. Look forward to seeing that come along.

Solid base for the skin tones on the reaper fig... is it my screen or does she have elephantitis of the left arm ;D
I like what you are doing with the Tyrion model... this was my first mounted figure and i thought the horse let the figure down a little.. a bit, well, gay...
I've seen a couple mounted on Rackhams and they looked so cool, i also think it is a good idea to reposition the sword arm, i think the original is so overplayed and he looks as though the sword is too heavy and he's gonna fall backwards...
Great work, will enjoy the progress

Hard to judge the scale of the head without anything to compare it to... maybe put a metric rule in the photo Does look the part though, is this something you've sculpted or blagged from elsewhere?

I think that is a mixture of different plastic parts kitbashed together but it does look very cool.

The axe blade is looking nice, was there some sort of flaw in the casting on the blade as it looks like the sharp points at each end are missing, I have found this happens alot with Ilyad minis, there tends to be air bubbles in the resin which tend to affect those sort of areas, I think greenstuff would do to reshape the ends.

This happened to me too, but nothing that a bit of GS or some other putty can't mend.
