I noticed on my big mek orc today what I thought was a mold line and it turned out to be just plain poor casting, pretty well misaligned by around .75mm. Has anyone else had such badly cast mini's? I mean its not like I can sort that out without alot of extra and really unecessary work. I had a bad space marine bike as well, managed to sort that easy enough as the plastic filed down pretty quick. Is ending up with minis like this common?

I've had the same problem with a few miniatures, just call the mailorder trolls and they will give you a new mini, or if you live near a GW store, just drop by and get a new one.

Not usually but GW are pretty good at changing poorly cast stuff.

I got the green knight box - one in wich the horse is to be made up with two left halfs. ;D got a new one from gw-direct, no problems.
