Antenocetti's Workshop stocks it mate, I have to restock on mine as I am down to my last tin. They do both the spray and the brush on as well.

I have never used the brush on but I can see the advantage, for instance with the brush on you can leave metallic areas with the natural shine that they produce.

Did you use the brush on over gloss varnish? As it does warn you not to use it directly on paint.
Do Atenocity's workshop accept paypal payments?

No I didn't put a varnish on before using the brush on dull coat. The bottle stated leave the paint to dry for 24 hours. I had left it for 3 days.

I had the same problem with Tamiya clear colours, I used smoke once and it started to lift the paint and I haven't used it since.

Well on Atenocity's workshop (or however it is spelt) there is big red lettering warning people to gloss varnish before using it, same go's for the spray on.

I am sure that would be ok if I only used the dull coat at the end but I spray several times during the painting process in order to protect work already done. With so much vanish and spray it would end up as one big blobby thing. As a for instance I always spray after applying the primary coat.
Also by spraying at various stages if I decide to change colours I have found it easier and helps the colours already there from "bleeding" through.

The only problem I've encounered with Testors dullcoat spray apart from the fumes is it tones down the highlights if you apply it too thick.
You have to use several thin coats to prevent this.
