Hi all. I find that now I have got back into the hobby that I get many of my minis from ebay. I do buy new stuff but I really like to win a bid and get a really good bargain. So I was wondering what you peeps have managed to win on ebay, what you got? and how much you saved. I just managed to get myself a Necron lord and 24 scarabs for £3.70 including postage. I was really chuffed with that as it was the scarabs I was after. My best bargain yet was for "1x Special edition Inquisitor lorr, converted to ride a Hippogriff. 2x Inquisitorial acolytes 1armed with plasma pistol and close combat weapon the other armed with laser pistol and close combat weapon. 1x Torquemada Coteaz original model painted in fire scheme. 1x Vindicare assassin armed with exodus riffle and pistol. 1x Gun servitor armed with Multi Melta. 4x Servo skulls armed with laser pistol and close combat weapon. 1x Cherub armed with laser pistol and close combat weapon. 1x Sage armed with laser pistol and close combat weapon. All that for £12 including postage. So anyone else got some bargains?

I have over time had alot of bargains off e-bay, I can't realy narrow down any one mini but I suppose if I had to pick one then Golgoth The Lord of the Balrogs would be up there, it is an old Citadel mini and even back in the day when it was first available it was around the 20 pound mark. Well I paid about 12 pounds for it. www.solegends.com/citta/ta1golgoth.htmNot a great picture but the mini is great and I realy wanted to get another one as I screwed up the first one I owned.

Lots of people snipe, including me when I really want something. I usually use Auction Defender for this. However, the most important thing to keep in mind is to have a set Max price and never go above it...
