hehe Raccy, I will I have drawn a bit these last days, practising on ears and noses, I don't have a pic of them now but I have one of the 2nd face. i think its a bit better than my first one so I will post a pic of that one to so you can compare. First face: Second face: Thanks for looking! André

Wow! What a difference! You have improved so much in the past few weeks, it's amazing! The shading is absolutely fantastic and you've captured all of the proportions excellently.
Now you need to work on hair. There's always more to learn my friend!

Massive improvement Razhburz. Look forward to seeing the next big jump you make!!! Regarding the lips, no 1 is best but I think the lines are too accented. More subtle lines would look better. The shape is more realistic on no 1 as well.

its time for an update in this ol' thread now ;D this ain't a master piece. the arms and legs are a bit short etc My bro and i make silly fantasy inspired films, and this is one of the concepts for the 'evil Dudes'

Wow that's looking sweet. I have been playing around with PS aswell. I did a zombie one time, but I don't have the guts to try a human face lol

Would it not be better to plan the face first? Then start putting all the details in?
If I were you I would scan a drawing of yours in, stick it on the background layer, lock it and dim it 50%, then start digitalising over that.

Your tecnique is very good, but, on the faces. I think you make the head shape too round. The eyes are almost always in the middle of the face as opposed to the 2/3 up thing you usually do.
