making a web banner into a link

hey guys, how do you convert a simple banner into a link, can i do it in photoshop 7? thanks

Use this code:

Your images url[/ IMG][/ url]

Save the banner to photobucket and use it from there. Take the spaces out after the /'s, i put them in so this wouldn't be a link.
