Just finished this mini at last, painted for an article on an Lotr themed website. Lots of fun to do, some things I could improve on but overall I am happy. Hopefully the admins on the Lotr site will be too when I have finished writing the article. And some close ups too. That is it, I hope you like him as much as I have enjoyed painting him. It is good to do Lotr again and I am thinking of doing another mini from the range next possibly gandalf from the Moria set.

Best Boromir I've ever seen! I really like the bright colours. Also great shading on the shield.

Yes--the red on the shield is especially well done!

Cheers guys, @ skrit, Tim this is an O R exclusive as I was paid by them for this and that it only be for their site was a condition of the payment. But do not worry mate I can soon knock up another mini or two for your project (nudge nudge wink wink).

Tim this mini is really pleasing to the eye - don't what it is about that blue tnic and the red on the shield but it looks real nice.

Cool Tim. I meant more that this is great stuff and along the track for what I would like in the mag. Not this one itself per se!
