Hi everyone, Today I joined this forum, and I'm hoping to become a regular vistor  I'm a 24 yr old Dutch girl, currently doing a PhD in evolutionary biology. I started painting miniatures about a year ago, but due to slow progress I only finished about 8 mini's... I totally love the hobby and I am truly amazed by the fantastic creations on this forum! Basically I'm looking for inspiration (and I know there's a lot to find here!!), and some advice in improving my painting. I Will be starting a painting blog soon. And of course, maybe I can be of some help someday too  You can find some of my painting hereLooking forward to 'meet' some of you! |

Howdy there! I had a look at some of your models at your site (it's quite pink) and they look great. You've only been painting for a year and you cam up with those? I'm impressed. Mine still didn't look that good after a year of painting. As Jabber said, post away and we'll help as best as we can.

Welcome to the site this is just the sort of thing we need as it has been a little quiet of late, I have looked at your blog and I can see that you already are becoming a very good miniature painter I don't think it will be too long before you are showing the rest of us the way.
