Almost done now...I do want to apologize to the WoM community for doing a bit of spamming over the past week or so. These marines have been an ongoing project for the past 4 months or so and were painted largely assembly line style. As I neared the end, I was down to rusting and details; several of them got close to being finished about the same time. I never am quite sure when my next burst of painting will come, so I posted them as I finished them instead of holding on to them and posting them as a unit. In retrospect, I think I created a bit more work for the denizens here to type "good job on this one" or whatever comments and critiques 3 or 4 times instead of having to do it just once. I know our time is valuable and I truly appreciate everyone taking the time to comment on each of them. So anyway, here is the next to last marine: I probably do the last group shot in the project log forum, so keep an eye out there in the coming weeks.

Again, very cool mate, like the spikes on the backpack. Would love to see a group shot.

Looking very nice! how did you paint those blisters on the shoulder pad? Glad you like them, Andre! I used almost exclusively RMS paints, although I have a few GW inks and perhaps 10 or 15 VMC paints, so you'll have to find a translator The boils themselves were just little blobs of procreate. I then based them with RMS Clotted Red, then Blood Red (very close to GW Red Gore I believe) then finally Linen White. I'll try and get the tutorial started sometime this week so you can see the process.
