You may well have seen this on 'Madpuppet's' website, it's my last paintjob i've finished, a great sculpt full of character.

I've been working on new styles and this is coming close to what i hope to achieve, trying to break away from the 'real' and paint the minis in a way i used to love some 20 years ago! To explain.... a sense of real but moreover a sense of fantasy... does that make sense??

Excellent way to re-enter the WoM! Love the beady little eyes and his teeth. The base is top notch. It wouldn't be a proper welcome from me unless I could nitpick the piece ; the metallic bits on the helmet look a bit flat compared to those on the blade. Perhaps a touch of shading to dirty them up a bit? I'd really like to see the back side of this little beasty as well.

Well back with a bang, welcome back mate. I had seen this on the MP site and was blown away with the different take on it. I think the brighter green suits the mini much better than the darker tone I chose for mine. I do have another one so might go for a similar tone when I do that one.
