Great concept artwork and no doubt the final mini will be to their usual standard. But as I never did receive the Dwarf Hero 3 months in the waiting now I will never order from them again no matter how good a mini looks.

Yea it looks great! I hate when that happens Tim! Did you not bring it up with him when you met him at Salute?
Love the bone staff, hope they go with that option or make them interchangable.

It is difficult to bring stuff up with people that do not speak English very well. I would have probably been quite nasty actually so best I didn't. I have e-mailed several times and only ever had one reply and that was nearly two months ago now, so as far as i am concerned they can fudge off.

@ Tim, I toatally agree with the customer service from AoW, but having correspondence there are many mitigating circumstances that i'm prepared to accept. I hope by now you have received your mini but if you haven't i'd be quite happy to state your case and let them know the knock on effect. At this time Felix has been moving properties etc etc and trying to fulfil many ambitions.. however they seem to have forgotten the golden rule of commerce, customer first!

Dennis I did get the dwarf in the end but I am afraid I will not be buying anymore direct from their site. I will however buy them from stockists in future though. The Cmon store carries AoW as do one or two other places that I know of.
