Hi, wasn't sure where to post this so I clicked General, because the General is always the helpful one on the battlefield... Have you any advice about photographing minis for posting here? I have a digital camera, but cannot seem to take unfuzzy yet detailed pics of my minis. Its either like looking through a fog, too close up, or like ooo, squint a little and yes, there is a mini there in the middle of the table beside the biscuit, don't you see it? Any help appreciated

When photographing single minis you should use the macro setting. Look in your manual and it will tell you the optimum distance your camera should be away from the subject mine is about 20cm and it is worth taking the time to measure that and get it somewhere near. Secondly use a tripod or rest the camera on a steady surface to stop "wobble" this will give you fuzzy pictures too. Thirdly use the camera's count down timer when taking shots this will further reduce the chance of "wobble" and should go along way to giving you clearer pictures.
