Hi, I only just started painting and playing LoR though been a long time fan of the books. Slowly getting used to the GW minis and rules. Really enjoying painting though mine all look pretty flat at the moment. Goodness knows how many Gandalfs I'll own before I'm happy with one... And last night my daughter slaughtered the whole fellowship with a band of goblins. GOBLINS! She has freakishly good die rolling.  |

Welcome to the forums mate, don't feel too bad about getting beat by Goblins, I plaid my daughter at Mines of Moria and she beat my fellowship with a bunch of Goblins without even having to use the troll.

a little late but hi evryone heres very friendly and helpfull and the first game i learnt to play was lord of the rings, good to play very nice plastics range to paint i too am a bit of a novice when it comes to painting but all problems are solved by asking and doing. hope you have fun

A belated welcome from me!
I am more of a LOTR gamer than any thing else but I am trying to get into other games too.
Hope you enjoy your stay here, I am fairly new and since being here have felt very welcomed and all the people here are incredibly nice and helpful!
