I am looking forward to this supplement. In fact I have gotten quite a bit behind in my Lotr rules collection and will have to do something about that. The Black Marshall looks ace and I am also looking forward to seeing the Morgul Knights.

New Information!

This was told to me by ToulacAxeHand the Admin of the Chamber of Smaug.

Following a conversation with Jervis Johnson at Conflict Scotland 2008, it has been learned that Games Workshop are releasing a new style of paints, that have been made to enter the recesses of the model more easily. Johnson stated that these new paints are great for larger models, horses and tanks in 40k. Possibly even terrain. Johnson said that the paint will be released sometime in June. No news yet on the name of the paints, but it sounds pretty exciting!

There were also new models sited in the Mordor sourcebook which we had a sneak peek at:
Tainted Spirits (look like the Black Riders, but more hunched)
New Shagrat miniature poses and stats
Morgul Knights (cheap and count as Terror)

As it's coming from one of the guys from Conflict Scotland I assume it's true.

Yes we have heard of the Wash set before, however, The Tainted spirits?? Sounds like the Shadow Lord and co. to me but he has stated they are hunched so maybe a new Mordor Elite?

We know about Shagrat.

Morgul Knights? Cheap? Cause Terror? This sounds like promising news if it is true.
