fifth edition warhammer 40k is going to be released in june or july i know this because of being a close friend of a store manager
the new set (i think, cant remember what was said) will be space marines vs orks and is supposed to have a very large amount of miniatures in it.

can confirm that, the box will be in line with the "battle of skullpass" ie many "ready" made minis and rules in a compact form.

Here comes the next opportunity for GW to rehash all the codices and minis and take even more money for changing something a little bit, just enough to make alot of what you already own defunct.

hit the nail right on the head there tim i personally dont play 40k because some of the rules are stupid but just another way to make some more money and ill bet theyll sell mcragge up until the day before the new edition comes out
