Salute was fudging ace!!!
Came away £120 poorer, but with masses of minis far too many to mention right now.
Fantastic day with Tim, met Edgar from Madpuppet face to face, real nice bloke!!
Picked up another painting commission from another mini company, and met one of my exsiting commissions face to face too, lovely bloke.
All in all a great day, but Knackering.
Neither Tim or I took cameras sorry guys we both forgot, after all it was 5am when we got up to go.

Yes it was a great day. Got myself loads too and over spent my pocket money. Went to the AoW stand and brought one of everything. I met someone that used to live in the next street from me and everyone was so fgriendly. Couldn't get near the ForgeWorld stand but very happywith what I did get. Roll on 09 and next to the Colours

Fantastic day, came away with more minis than I could possibly want and this year I didn't buy a single Rackham figure. Lots to see and do, I did enter the painting contest but didn't place. I displayed three Madpuppet minis in Edgars cabinet which he seemed really pleased with what a nice chap he gave me the new female Vampire mini.
Those lovely people from Black Cat Bases gave me a few of the blisters of Pygmies I seriously suggest you check out their site. Having seen the produce for real i can highly recommend them.
I am already planning for next years event and intend to have even more to spend as well.
