As I said there is a list in the signup thread. It is easily followed, it ia like a chain. one person sends to the next and he sends to the next and on it goes down the list until the last person sens to the firs thus completing the chain.

you have to wait till you get your mini/mini's first depending where you are in the list on the signup thread

I will set a date for the mini exchange to start and then on or after that date you can post your minis, you don't have to wait until you have received before you post to your posting partner.

One question,
When you set the start date does that lock the list for that run of the exchange. Since otherwise the last person on the list has to wait before sending their pack off or they run the risk of someone being added after them, after start date.

Yep when the date is set and then reached that exchange is then locked and no one else can join until the next one if there is to be another.
I was thinking maybe start the first exchange sometime around mid April.

Sure I don't see a problem with sending plastic minis I have had them before in the Cmon exchanges. I would think though if you are going to do that take into account that most people will be sending metal. So you might want to think about sending a couple of extra with that in mind.
