Hi. Im interested in history, but the reason for painting this great miniature by Pegaso was not fascination in French Revolution (well, i can even say that i dont like it..). I chose it just beacuse it fantastic and funny sculpt. I dont have photos now, i try to make some with my pr0 phone camera (you propably will not be able to see anything on these photos, but its always better to try..). I started this mini some time ago, and now i cant paint, but when i finally will be able to, i'll end him Here's the link for mini on Pegaso Models site: www.pegasomodels.com/details_en.asp?code=54-220

The pics are not too bad considering that they are off your phone, I too have a couple of Pegaso models that I started and never finished, I just don't feel like I have the necessary level of skill to do them justice. I would like to see this develop though it might inspire me.

Hehehe, this guy was stripped off a lot of times, its very hard to paint good miniature- you always fell that you are not able to paint it good enough But now i must end him, i dont want to let him turn into another 'boring beacuse of stripping' mini, as i did with many figures.. i just dont know how to paint thin strips on his pants, maybe you can give me any advice ? And the photos are not SO bad because i discovered technique of making photos with k700i phone.. better than 'normal'. I just put magnifying glass near the object glass. Sounds funny but it works ;D Ah, in reality blue doesn't look like pen ink as it does on photos

I know what you mean, as for pin stripes well I use thin black lines to out line them first and then fill them with the colour I use, I have a pic of an Ogre I did somewhere I will put it up later.
