G'day all!
I know that we will have an urban theme profiling the army. But how are we going to base the orks to match each other?
if it's not decided yet we could discus it here, maybe?
Thanks,
Razhburz

I was going to use a layer of sand, with gravel and cut up sprue glued on, washed grey and drybrushed with whites, and reds and browns.

The bases that will be used on my Cities of Death display piece will be covered with 1/2" x 1/2" paving stones and will have small chunks of masonry and other debris scattered on top.
I'll photograph them when they're done and people can see whether that idea suits others or not.

Ok, but I reckon it should be fairly simple as some people aren't very skilled...

I might e-mail spacemunkie and see if he can do some cityfight style resin bases, but you can simply do this sorty of thin by using sand and gravel old bits from sprues like the wheel centres from bike wheels make excellent manhole covers and old weapons space marine helmets, pretty much anything goes, dark greys and drybrushing with lighter greys give a good masonry look, using thin washes of reds browns and greens cna make a models base look realistc also rust on metal objects looks realy cool too.
