A few options for the nest painting contest, vote for which one you like give a little explanation why and then once the poll ends I will announce the official opening of the contest and also name the sponsor believe me you will like who we have.
I quite like mechanical mayhem but then I won't be entering.

That would fall in the conversions choice I think, obviously the category that gets the most votes will be the one that sets the theme.

I voted for "Chicks".
Mechanical Mayhem: Just not into mechanical minis.
Deamonicus: The few demon-type minis that I've seen haven't really impressed me.
Duel: I suck at making dioramas (although, I am trying to learn).
Conversion Corner: Never done a conversion and highly doubt my ability to do one.
Large Scale: Don't care for large "minis".

I voted for the "Deamonicus (anything Demon themed)" category. I quite like some of the demon minis, and I've just bought the nurgle demon prince  I would not mind entering any of the other options, but I lik th demon one the best  |

Mechanical Mayhem! Gw have some great servitors and cool imperial cyborg minis. Privateer press also has som amazing cyborg mini their Warmachine cryx range.

I think large scale would be an interesting contest especially with such talented painters here. I've seen enough chick challenges and mechs lately to hold me over for a while. Demons would be cool, I bet heresy would be the leading brand of entries!

I voted for mechanical mayhem. It was a toss-up between that one and the demon-themed one. With the recent femme fatale contest at Wyrd, I wasn't too inclined to do chicks. Large scale would be nice, but I have several projects on the table at this time and I don't think I could get to a large scale mini in a reasonable time; same for the duel. Conversion would be a third line choice for me.

It is a tie between Mechanical Mayhem and Demonicus so we are going to have to have a deciding vote I think.

Ok I am going to play devils advocate here I think that the general consensus is that Mechanical Mayhem seemed to be the most popular, I cast my vote for it to make up the one that Wolf fang miscast. If he had been able to undo and redo his vote then it would have won by a vote so I think the theme will be Mechanical Mayhem. I will post up the entry details and opening and closing dates later. For those of you that wanted chicks well you could always do female cyborgs |
