WoM competition WIP

Tim has said that we can show our WIP for the competition on WoM.
I am going to be putting up my stuff as I work on it. I figure I'm not going to win so I wont be giving away secrets that need protecting.

I am painting a unit of Rackham Clones of dirz.
This is my test model. I will have to work on taking some better pics for the final entry, but this gives an idea where I am going.

That is a very nice start and i like the fact that you are using metalics on Rackham's minis I find myself I am more comfortable with that than nmm and they can look just as cool with good metalics too.

Yeah I think people are realising metallics doesn't mean drybrushed chainmail over black.

Great start on this one, Dr. I like the OSL on the eyes. Nice rusting on the metallics. The cloth looks good thus far, although needs some more highlighting and shading to give it some additional depth.

when i see your entrys i think i dont have any chance....but well i trya my best to get something finished, but i need to hurry i was one week in venice so i couldnt paint..

Don't worry, there's loads of time and you can never guess how people will vote, anyhow the fun ain't in the winning, it's the competing
