I saw this mini on CMON, it's listed as Vampire Dragon De Sang by GW and i fell in love with it... alas i have scoured every inch of the online store and can't find it  Anyone have any idea who exactly he is and how i could go about getting my hands on him   thanks guys |

The mini is a conversion of Mephiston of the Bloodangels, I left a comment for this on Cmon as it is a very good conversion.

Its funny that nowadays fantasy vampires are associated with this bizzare stringy brown armour, I've seen it all over the place--when I'm sure it originated in Francis Ford Coppola's version of Vlad Tepes in his 1992 Dracula movie. I think its an incorrect recreation of leather or coat of plates armour, or maybe it was just made up.
Nice mini though.
