Taking a break

Hey guys,

Yes, I'm fine. No, I'm not dead. Right, now that's cleared up...

I've thought hard about about this, but I think I'm going to take a break from the hobby. This includes all hobby-related sites. I dunno how long for yet, but I think I need it 'cause at the moment I really just haven't felt in the mood for doing any painting for ages. Also, I've barely been visiting site as you may have noticed, and if I take a break then I won't feel as guilty about not doing my bit.

I'm not leaving, just resting. I'll pop in from time to time but don't expect to see me too often. I'll make my big comeback when I'm feeling more hobby-ish again, but 'till then, see ya around guys.

(By the way, for those of you who have MSN, I will be online quite a bit so if I see you on I'll say hi.)

Well, sometimes taking a break can be a good thing. Hate to see it happen, but hopefully it'll do you some good and you can come back stronger than ever.

Heheh, that wasn't long was it?

Raccy hath returneth to the hobbyeth! (No, I haven't developed a lisp while I've been away! ) I meant to return about a week earlier but with friends from Scotland staying for the first week of the summer hols it has delayed me until now.

What was it which made me come back? Why have I returned?

On Wednesday of the last week of school, me and some guys went to our local-ish GW and we played a massive game of 40k, plus some LotR too. It was extremely good fun and one of the most enjoyable hobby-related things I have done in a long time.

I hope to do some painting today so expect to see pictures of my stuff again. And finally, for your viewing enjoyment, some small and awful quality pictures of our 40k game taken on my phone:
