www.tolkienestate.com/What do you think of this? Christopher Tolkien has apparently been working 30 years on creating a coherent and complete story of this from notes and fragments written by his father. From what I have read about this book I'm beginning to get really excited!

I look forwards to it, should be good if its not too fragmented. I have history of middle earth and its really too hard to get through for the average reader for this reason.

This I hope is going to be awesome, the Children of Hurin was touched on by Tolkien in either the Lost or Unfinished Tales and to see it completed is an exciting proposition. I already have it pre-ordered.

I am realy looking forward to this. I think it is great that Christopher has continued working on what his father started.

I am about half way through it. Not too bad but seems to lack a little from Tolkiens main stories but is a useful background guide
