I was recently introduced to this site by Terry of Daemonscape fame (hehe, I just made you famous).

I mostly play Warhammer 40K, but my love is with some of the Specialist Games, Battlefleet Gothic followed by Epic 40K. Ive been playing now for about 10 years. I have one passion (no matter how much that stupid Astronomican trys to blind me), Chaos.

40K - Death Guard, Traitor Guard (Armoured Company comming soon)
BFG - Chaos (To transport my Death Guard)
Epic - Death Guard, Traitor Guard (Apocalypse eat your heart out!)
Bloodbowl - Chaos (Bestigors and Beastmen)

This is my latest project, took about a month. Now I have to add about 20 Plague Marines for my 2000pt army for the last local 40K Tournament of the year, Ultimates (invite only).

Welcome and what an opening post, I love the FW Great Unclean One and have thought about getting it myself for some time. Unlike you however I know I would never paint it. Lovely paint job and it will be great to see some of your other work, right off to browse your photobucket account.

Nice to have another talented painter in town, you'll fit in nicely, especially with that fantastic Great Unclean One.
Have laways had a soft spot for the Daemons of Nurgle, but then again I guess they have many soft spots themselves, LOL!!

And thanks for asking me to sculpt that Turret, I now have a 5000pt army in the making to back them up, The wife is most pi**ed but hey!! it was stock just sitting there in the office waiting for some one to buy it, I'll pay for it later ;D possibly.

Thanks for your praise guys. I dont get on here as much as I would like but that might change from time to time.

The tongue is actually Sunburst Yellow, followed by Liche Purple (gives it a bruised effect) with Enchanted blue to finish. Not sure how well it translates, need to be able to pic it up and turn it a little without so much reflection.



PS Matt, I worked out why my Avatar wouldnt work............pushed the wrong button mate! Thanks again for fixing it.
