When I upload a cd to I-Tunes, I sometimes get a hidden track. This is not a real song, but sometimes the band talking, or practicing. This song is not displayed on the cd cover, and it is not playable on normal stereos or cd players. So basically, the hidden track does not exist. Only I-Tunes can find this hidden song, and i don't know why. This has happened with several cds/bands.
Has this happened to anybody else? Do you know why this happens? Has the band included the hidden track by purpose?

On a 12 track cd I got awhile ago I found a hidden "inspector gaget" track on track 55, but I found it on my CD player.

i don't often download but i have got many hidden tracks on CD's, one of the best was a Nine Inch Nails cd where there were about three or four extra songs at about track 66.

I haven't the slightest idea how to buy itunes, i'm still in a bad mood that they got rid off vinyl!! Long gone are the good ol' days of spinning black sabbath backwards However it's always a nice surprise when you forget to turn of the cd player and half an hour later it blasts something out

Long gone are the good ol' days of spinning black sabbath backwards >: I actually found lots of old Black Sabbath vinyl's in the attic a couple of days ago. They are my dad's, he listened to them when he was younger. I didn't try to spin them backwards though

If you can go past the final track on the CD, it has hidden tracks on it.

Vinyl is making a comeback in this country, alot of people myself included are re-buying albums on vinyl that have long since worn out through playing over and over again. I don't have my Sabbath on vinyl anymore but I wish I did. The cd cannot reproduce the sound that vinyl had a good record in good condition on a good system will to me always sound 100% better than a cd. Mind you this is coming from someone who has a massive cd collection.
