Did you see the reserve prices!!! Flippin eck, i'm changing career I'm not overly keen on the fluff about all their minis in future will be plastic and painted??? Does this mean there will or won't be an unpainted alternative?? Thanx for the link Tim

they are nicepieces but the thing that bothered me was this piece of text in the statement
" In the future, most of our miniatures will be made of plastic, assembled and painted "
I hate pre paints, why would they go in that direction???

The rumour I heard was that Rackham are going towards more game systems bundles I think we may have to start buying up the metals or maybe that is what they want

Only troop style minis will be prepainted. AFAIK heros and characters are going to remain metal.
But don't quote me on that, I heard it through the grapevine.

Top Notch Work! Though it makes me wonder who would shell out what will probably be $1,000 at least for a painted mini. They would be cool to own though!
As for plastic pre-paints-NO! But thats from a site of miniature appreciators rather than gamers...too bad that this seems to be the direction of wargames miniatures in general.
