Yes, I would say we need plastic devastators. They are more cheaper and easier to assemble, and especially the gamers have waited a long time for this.
I like two of the Libarians. They look awesome. But the Libarian with the sword don't look that good, but it might be the way he is painted.

I'm a big fan of Space Marines, even though I'm thinking of collecting Eldar when I start 40k (I've got a brill deal from my mate, I'm getting his whole Eldar army for £35 instead of the £76 he had to pay for it!)
The librarians rock and the devastators like MP said will be a lot easier to assemble so yeah, I think they are needed.
